- How will I get my tickets?
Ticket voucher will send to you via email once the tickets have been procured. Please allow 1 day for your order to be processed. Tickets are being held for you at the theatre box office, under the lead passenger last name as displayed on the voucher. The voucher must be presented to the box office prior to entry to the theatre. Passengers should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance. Late seating is entirely at the theatre management's discretion. Please don't be late! You don't want to miss anything!
This show is unable to provide advanced seating information. You will receive the best available seats at your price/section selection at the time of purchase. Any tickets purchased together will be seated together. Specific seating information will be shown on the ticket voucher.
- Can Webroadway help me buy wheelchair accessible seats?
We will absolutely do our best to assist you. Please submit a support request with the desired show and performance date before placing an order so we can verify availability and pricing first.

- Can I cancel or modify my order?
All Webroadway sales are final and non-refundable.

- Does Webroadway markup ticket or charge fees?
The price you pay for the tickets is the ticket face value plus tax and service fees. Our fees are among the lowest in the industry.
